Do I have to make the purchase decision during the viewing trip?

Each viewing trip is created on a personal basis of what the client is looking for and therefore you will be contacted by Aim For Spain to ensure that you are in a financial position to purchase a property and that all relevant decision makers are available to attend the viewing trip as well.

To qualify for a subsidised viewing trip with Aim For Spain, you must have the desire to purchase on the Costa Calida and be in the financial position to proceed should you find the right property.

Should you find the ideal property or land package whilst visiting Spain, then you will be required to place £2000 deposit to remove this property or land plot from the market. This deposit can be made by credit card payment which is non-refundable.
